How long have you worked at Placewise? This will be my sixth year.
How long have you been in Denver? 12 years.
What is your favorite bar or restaurant in Denver / Colorado? Working Class, I always get the dirty rice with chicken or lamb and a glass of white wine. I am there at least once a week.
Where’s your favorite place to vacation/favorite thing to do in Colorado? Okay, favorite place is Steamboat Springs, it’s just a beautiful place to go. Favorite thing to do is check out a new restaurant or go on long drives through the mountains.
What’s your favorite social media platform? And why? Facebook, because I have had it since I was in college, and it has a lot of memories that I would not remember had I not posted it, especially from my college years, it grew up with me.
Summer or winter? Summer, love what summer represents, BBQs, beach days, long nights, rooftops.
Coffee or tea? Tea, I gave up coffee in April.
Favorite ice cream? Don’t like ice cream. I do love a Crème brûlée.
Best dessert or meal you’ve ever had? Honestly, it’s probably something that my mom or stepmom makes, it was nice growing up in a family with good cooks. Best meal I have had while out, was when I was in Seattle, we went to a seafood restaurant, Rock Creek, and we had amazing amazing seafood, fun atmosphere, and everything was wonderful, it was great. Rock Creek, Seattle Washington.
NSYNC or BSB? NSYNC, there music resonated with me more growing up. Seemed a bit younger.
What was the first / favorite concert you ever went to? My very very first concert I ever went to is Breaking Benjamin, rock band. Going to Coachella was probably the best musical experience I have ever had. Everyone was there to have a good time and be sociable.
Favorite Placewise moment? I would have to say moment(s) plural, but when people bring in their new puppies, no one gets work done, tons of photos are taken, its a great day!
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go? Turkey. I have always been obsessed with history and Istanbul is fascinating, Cappadocia, people built cities underground into the lava rock. One day I would like to go and explore.
What’s the one trip, activity, or event you’re looking forward to the most this summer? In July, went to Napa and San Francisco, it changed my life. Stayed in the most beautiful Airbnb ever.
Tell us about your pets and why you love them… Or hate them?? I’m a proud plant parent. No pets. I have 10 plants right now.
What’s the first item on your bucket list? First item on my bucket list, i do not keep a very active bucket list, Napa was on my list, so that is checked off. Turkey and Paris are probably the next two bucket list items.
What’s your number one life dream/goal? Number one life dream / goal is to have no regrets. I want to be able to look back and not feel sad because I did not do something.
If you could only eat one thing/meal the rest of your life, what would it be? Fried chicken.
In another life/parallel universe, what would your career be? I think I would be an Urban Planner. Cities kind of fascinate me. In a parallel universe I would be a Lifestyle Entrepreneur.
