Bente Sollid Storehaug

Bente Sollid Storehaug has been founder and co-founder of several companies in IT and media, best known for the company Digital Hverdag AS which was started in 1993. The company grew rapidly, merged with New Media Science ASA in 1998 before the company merged with Linne Group AB and Cell Network in 1999. The company was listed in Stockholm in 1999. In February 2000, the company's market cap was SEK 9 billion. Sollid Storehaug led the Norwegian business until 2000 and was member of Cell Network Nordic management group. Today, the company is called Bouvet ASA and is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Bente Sollid Storehaug is CEO of Digital Hverdag and non-executive director of Hafslund Eco, Europris, Eika Gruppen, Polaris Media and Motor Gruppen. She is also chair of Lanullva and The Velixio Group.

Storehaug has been a member of several policy advisory boards for government ministers in Norway. She has also been appointed by the government to an expert committee on the future funding of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK).

She is the ever-youngest member of the Norwegian Association of Editors. Finalist of Woman Board Award (2018) and rated as the 10th most powerful woman in Norway by business magazine Økonomisk Rapport (1999). Storehaug is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway.

Patrick Sandahl

Patrick Sandahl has extensive investment and transaction experience after almost 20 years as CEO of an investment company, venture capitalist and investment banker.

He came to Investinor after co-founding Cidron Ventures. Prior to Cidron, Patrick was a Director at Nordea Investment Banking with a focus on M&A transactions, rights issues and IPOs. Before joining Nordea, he had the role of CEO at Dyvi Capital, a family office investing in private companies, undervalued listed companies, private equity funds and hedge funds. Prior to Dyvi, Patrick spent 7 years as a Partner at Telenor Venture focusing on investments in Nordic technology companies mainly B2B.

He has extensive board experience from public and private companies in Scandinavia.

Patrick holds a Law degree from the University of Oslo.

Rune Sørum

Sørum joined Televenture as Partner in 1998. Prior to joining Televenture, Sørum was a private investor and a senior adviser for European companies working in both Asia and the Middle East. Sørum has held several board positions in Norwegian investment companies. Sørum holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics (siviløkonom) from Copenhagen School of Economics and Business Administration. Sørum is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway.

Christel Borge

Christel Borge serves as the CEO of Entur AS, a company developing digital services for public transport and travelers in Norway. Prior to joining Entur, Borge held executive positions in Dipper, Telenor Group and Cell Network (now Bouvet). Borge has also worked as a management consultant in McKinsey, and served on the board of directors of e.g. Telenor Denmark, Telenor Digital, ABC Startsiden, and Component Software.

Borge holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from NTNU in Trondheim, Norway, and a Master in Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Christel Borge is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway.

Robert Desborough

Robert has 30 years experience in Shopping Centre development and retail store portfolio expansion throughout Asia. Originally qualifying as  Chartered Surveyor with Cushman & Wakefield in the UK Robert has spent the past 24 years in Asia in Senior Management roles with major retail groups. He spent ten years with Tesco in Thailand & China leaving as COO Tesco Property China and six years as Head of Property Asia for Marks & Spencer. He has also been an advisor to Reliance Retail(India),J.Sainsbury PLC(China) and the Dairy Farm Group(Malaysia & Indonesia). Robert Desborough is a British citizen with residence in Bangkok, Thailand.

Joseph J Boehm III

Joe Boehm III, a Co-founder of Provider Real Estate Partners. Prior to co-founding Provider Real Estate Partners, Joe served as the Executive Vice President of Retail Leasing at QIC, an $80 billion Brisbane-based investment corporation, from 2017-2019.  Before QIC, Joe spent 20 years at Forest City Realty Trust, ultimately serving as the Executive Vice President of Real Estate.  He was critical in the orchestration, diligence, and closing of QIC’s $3.2 billion acquisition of Forest City’s retail portfolio, and led the transition of approximately 280 people, $180 million of NOI, and 12 large scale retail and mixed-use assets to QIC.  

As the head of retail real estate and leasing at Forest City, Joe lead a team and properties that generated $275 million of NOI.  He was responsible for major tenant relationships, developing value creation and redevelopment plans, and establishing leasing strategy for 29 shopping center and mixed-use properties across the U.S.  Joe spearheaded Forest City’s relationship with QIC, leading to asset divestitures that aligned with Forest City’s deleveraging and portfolio optimization strategy.  He was a managing member of the joint venture responsible for asset performance and strategy for the eight initial properties transferred to QIC. Further he was the Dean of the John T. Riorden School for Real Estate.  Joe received his BS in Accounting from Miami University. Joe is an American citizen with residence in the USA.
